We looked at every challenge you've done and every PR you've logged on Fitr. We split all of it into three buckets — Strength, Gymnastics, and Conditioning — and compared you against every other athlete of your gender on JST Compete.
The number you see (e.g. "you beat 73 out of 100") is exactly that: if we lined up 100 athletes of your gender and ranked everyone's results in that area, that's where you'd fall.
How we picked your track
We looked at the gap between your best and worst area. If there's a big gap (more than 15 points), you have a weak link — and your track targets it. If all three areas are close together (15 points or less), you're well-rounded and you follow the main JST Athlete programme.
What if it doesn't feel right?
This is based on data, and data doesn't know everything. If you've been injured, if you're new and haven't logged much yet, or if you just think it's off — DM us. Your coach reviews every recommendation and can adjust it.
